hellooooooo distraction...

So I blogged way back when... Well, it seems like forever ago, but in reality it was only 2 years ago. I could make the excuse that I was really busy. Well, its true. But I have found that I express myself best through words. Blogging is a great way to get the thoughts to stop floating around my head and make their way into the world in whatever non-coherent state i can present them. Sometimes I don't realize how much it drives me crazy when I don't write, so hopefully this will provide means to alleviate some of that craziness. I know there is no real cure for my state, but there is always hope for some relief. Also, I hope to encourage friends and prayer warriors to keep up with me through new, highly technical means.

So welcome to the journey... I know it will be lots of fun. And please bear with me as I learn to use a new system... not that I was ever very good at the old system.

As far as the distractions go... did I mention that the semester is over in three weeks? Can you say "Don't want to do homework?" Yeah, I am sure that is some of what this is about. Hopefully I will keep it up beyond the average procrastination.

lastly, a short note about the title "Liz's landings"
If you don't know anything about me, this hints at the fact that I like flying a little bit... I am a pilot, and I like alliterations. So I feel that, upon landing, this would be a great place to share where I have been landing, and to where the sky has taken me.
